PLEASE NOTE: We can only ship to your billing address. If you provide a shipping address that differs from your billing address, we will not be able to process your order. We only ship within the USA.
All items listed are shipped within 1-3 working days with the exception of custom orders. Shipping times are listed on associated webpages for items that are available for custom order.
Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground. However, if your billing address is a P.O.Box or APO, you must select USPS Parcel Post (includes delivery confirmation) as your shipping method. UPS does not ship to P.O.Box/APO addresses. You will receive tracking info at time of shipping.
All non-custom order returns must be shipped within 10 days of receipt in new, unused condition. Wholesale Orders and Custom orders are not returnable unless damaged or error on our end. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you need to return an item for any other reason, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
